This past Monday, February 2nd, Palisade High School traveled to Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction to compete at FBLA Districts, fighting for a chance to advance to the State competition in April. After a long day of presentations and testing, a total of 11 students qualified for State, with the possibility of more competitors being bumped up.

Leo Zhu, an FBLA member of three years, reflected on the competition by saying, “Districts went really well. It was a much better run than last year. We all did great.” Having previously competed at both State and Nationals, Zhu is confident in this year’s qualifiers and their ability to succeed at the next level.
All FBLA students will continue refining and perfecting their projects in preparation for the State competition. With strong results at Districts and high motivation moving forward, Palisade FBLA is looking forward to another successful year. Wish them luck!
