ASAP Rocky, a three-time Grammy nominee, has many known hits such as “Sundress” in his 2018 album “Testing” or “LVL” in his 2013 album “LONG.LIVE.A$AP.” After nearly 8 years of no album releases, ASAP recently released an album called “Don’t Be Dumb” on January 16th, 2026.
After hearing numerous perspectives on the album, junior Harper Karriker states, “ My reaction when first listening to it is that it was really different. It might be because the last time he released an album was 2018, but it was like a rollercoaster. To be honest, the album, going from chill songs to high-energy songs, was a super bold comeback, and it honestly made the album unpredictable and exciting to listen to.” Karriker had many strong opinions on the album, speaking on how the collab with Brent Fiyaz in the song “Stay Here 4 Life.” blended well together and gave the song a deeper meaning, also saying, “ This song really stood out to me more than some of the other high energy songs on the album, and in a way it shows ASAP in a different way and i liked it.” Harper, liking a few songs in the album, also has some mixed emotions, saying some of the songs were either a bit much for her or they werent giving enough, but overall, there wasn’t one boring song in the album.
What do you think about the album Bulldogs? Is the album really worth listening to?
