Last week was the week of the year for the Palisade Bulldogs Boys Wrestling team. Wednesday night the Palisade Bulldogs took the Central Warriors to the mats and won at home. During this duel Kadin Mulford and Tobyn Trottier hit 100 career wins. Following Wednesday night the Bulldogs had a home tournament where Teagan Young and Eli Bency accomplished their same career marker. 100 career wins is an important deal to the Palisade Bulldogs. Junior Jacob Snodgrass tell us about the importance in there achievements, “It was cool. We were all very hyped for them. It’s always a big deal when someone gets 100 wins and it is tough to do.” the boys are very supportive to all their teammates. When Coach Brown was asked how he felt on seeing his boys achieve a great accomplishment he said, “I mean we all love it. It’s as much as a team, as an individual result.” Later Coach Brown tell us, “I think they are doing really good. We are short handed in some spots but the older guys are there to help pick up the slack. We we have a really good group of young men.” The wrestling team is going far and continuous to grow with each loss and win.

Hey Bulldogs! I’m Brook Keeling, and I’m a Sophomore here at Palisade High School. I’m the Advertising Manager for our amazing Paw Post. This is my first year in Newspaper and I‘m so excited to bring you all my stories. I play basketball for Palisade and hopefully am going to be one of many amazing FCA leaders. When I’m not in school I compete in a state wide Rodeo association and play volleyball. I also enjoy being outside in the fresh air and sharing the word of Jesus. I’m so excited for this year in Newspaper, I can’t wait to take pictures and write amazing stories about them. Let’s have a great year! Go Bulldogs!
