Student of the Week Award goes to Branson Springer

The Student of The Week Award goes to senior Branson Springer. Here at Palisade High School we like to recognize the students who go above and beyond, and one of those students is Springer. Not only has Springer shown academic excellence but has also been a genuine good person and shown kindness in and out of PHS. After being asked how he felt on the nomination Springer said, “It’s a big honor. I definitely put in a lot of work but I have people around me that support me so it’s pretty cool”. This demonstrates Springer’s thankfulness to not only being recognized for his efforts but also thankful for the people that support him in his journey. When questioning Springer about how he manages his workload Springer said, “I think a lot of it is time management like for me I’m always making sure I’m on top of assignments and making sure stuff gets done on time”. Springer shows his dedication by never letting his work overflow him and stop him from doing his best. Springer defines success by saying, “Success for me is just doing your best, not having regrets and doing something knowing you did your best is success for me”. Springer doing his best in everything he does has gotten him this award and his drive for success is also what drives Springer to do his best outside of the classroom. Springer also plays football for PHS and plans to play football in college. Congratulations to Branson Springer for receiving the Student Of The Week Award.
