The Performing Arts Student of the Week is very important to Palisade High School. Performing Arts Student of the Week is a blend of creative arts and talented students who teachers feel as tho they really deserve recognition for their talent. Siena Miller was chosen for this week’s Performing Arts Student of the Week. Miller is a Senior here at Palisade, and her art is choir. Miller has been in the choir all four years here at Palisade. When asked on why she thinks she deserves the Performing Arts Student of the Week, Miller said, “ I work really hard at what I do because I value it so much, and I think it’s really important that you value what you love, and I really do value choir. I work hard and put a lot of effort into what I do to make it the best outcome possible, and I really have a passion for choir and hope to pursue it in my future life. I think that’s why I was chosen for Performing Arts Student of the Week.” Miller was chosen by Mr Doty. When asked why he decided to choose Miller, he said, “ I believe I chose Miller because she works hard at what she does, and I believe she truly has love and passion for being in choir, and I think that is what is most important when being chosen for Performing Arts Student of the Week.” Over all it is safe to say that Miller was chosen for the Performing Arts Student of the Week because of her love and passion for the choir and her hopes to pursue it later on in the future.
