Listen up Bulldog Seniors, quotes and pictures are due and due fast. Yearbook deadlines are coming up very soon and the fee will bite you in the butt. A Senior and yearbook editor Lyla Lancaster would like to inform the Senior class that the deadline for Senior pictures and quotes is October 15th without a late fee. Then with a late fee of 25$, the due date is December 3rd. Lancaster shines some light on the seniors, by saying “It’s a big part of being a senior. Going to get your picture taken and your quote is what you think of being in high school. You can put anything and there’s a limit of twenty words for your Senior quotes.” Being a senior comes with a lot of responsibilities and worries, but also a very exciting school year. Your senior year is the last year for our Bulldogs to make their marks and leave the school with a printed copy of their words. Quotes work as a reflection of a senior’s long four year experience during high school. With the limit of twenty words the possibilities are endless. Think of a friend or teacher who has been there throughout your high school years, you can do matching quotes or shout outs. Students spend their time reflecting on their years and are able to give laughter and advice to the underclassmen through their quotes. Pictures are a big deal, presenting an opportunity for Seniors to get their picture taken and being able to illustrate their own personal creativity. It’s a great expression and send off for our Seniors here at Palisade High school. Get to thinking Seniors, the deadline is coming up soon.

Penelope Waterhouse, Staff writer
Hey there! My name is Penelope Waterhouse and I’m a Pre-DP Sophomore at Palisade High School. This is my first year writing as a staff writer for the Palisade Paw Post. I am super excited to be part of the Paw Post this year because this is my first time getting involved with Palisade High School and its programs. Outside of school I enjoy hanging out with my friends, family, and animals. Also reading, long boarding, and paddle boarding. I’m a very focused student and I enjoy math and French the most. I am looking forward to what I can give to the Paw Post and what I can get in return! Talk later Bulldogs!
