People kept asking if he was back, so yeah, he came back. The infamous John Wick returned in yet another action flick John Wick Chapter 4, and let me just start by saying I was wowed. As a John Wick fan since the first movie that came out in 2014, I had high expectations and they were reached. Following Wick fighting for his life as the price of his head keeps increasing, Wick finally confronts the High Table as he seeks the most powerful players from New York, Paris, Japan, and Berlin. This action movie was personally the best one I have seen in a long time and probably my favorite in the franchise. Filled with just enough fighting to keep me on the edge of my seat but not too much to the point I got bored, amazing action shots and scenarios, a beautifully composed soundtrack, a killer plot (literally), and overall amazing cinematography, this movie exceeded my expectations. There was one scene I specifically was wowed by where Wick is fighting against many others in a car chase in the middle of an intersection. The cast also did fantastic with their acting, especially Keanu Reeves as Wick, portraying unique and believable characters. I won’t spoil the ending, but I will say I was breathless and had nothing to say. There is no exact idea if this is the last movie to conclude the franchise. Multiple sources say there will be a chapter 5 in 2024 but this movie will be a sequel that has Wick as the side character. No matter where they choose to take the story, John Wick Chapter 4 is the definition of a perfect action flick.
