The race is organized by Mrs. Noble and the interact club led by Shaeyln. “With interact club, we have to do a globally and locally focused outreach of some kind and my sister was recently diagnosed with MS so it was on my heart,” says Mrs. Noble. She teaches Comp Lit and is the sponsor of the interact club. “I thought why not do something in gratitude for the mobility of our bodies so went for a 5k to bring awareness to MS and we’re gonna donate all of our funds to The MS Society,” says Noble. Mr Fitz is one of the biggest staff advocates for the 5k. Mr Fitz’s brother and mother have been diagnosed with MS. “Looking forward to trying to beat him in the race!,” says Mrs. Noble.
