While snowy white weather and jolly spirit also Christmas joy are around the corner. Palisade has many events planned out this year to continue the Christmas spirt but every year Palisade High School StuCo presents 12 Days of Christmas, a collection of 12 daily events until Christmas break. It includes fun activities for students to participate in like spirit days, giving away drinks and snacks including much more! Students love to participate during these events. It help gives students motivation and to have fun at school to keep them going during these few weeks. With little few weeks left students are testing and doing finals and trying to get there grades up so they can pass their classes. Sophomore Beckett Carlton states, “12 Days of Christmas is the last days of school before break that we do events that celebrate Christmas. It started many years ago and now a tradition here at Palisade. The 12 days of Christmas involves spirit days and hand outs like this year we did a hot cocoa hand out to celebrate Hanukkah. On the last day before break, we are doing a fruit juice with crazy straws since the spirit day is Christmas in Hawaii.” Be apart of the school this year and participate in these activities to show your school spirit.
