Palisade High School’s homecoming dance this year was an energetic celebration with a vibrant western theme that brought a unique flair. The highlight of the week was undoubtedly the homecoming dance, which took place in the school’s gymnasium. The gym was transformed into a lively space, buzzing with excitement and filled with students ready to enjoy the evening.
A notable feature of this year’s homecoming dance was the presence of a boba truck, which added a refreshing twist to the event. Offering a variety of bubble tea flavors, the truck quickly became a popular attraction. Students lined up to enjoy cool, flavorful drinks that perfectly complemented the atmosphere of the dance. Dance tickets were reasonably priced at $25 at the door, making the event accessible to all students. This affordability, combined with the added treat of the boba truck, contributed to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
The dance floor was alive with energy, thanks to the lively music that kept everyone dancing and engaged throughout the night. The western theme was creatively put into the event, adding an extra layer of excitement and charm. When interviewed Kameron Smith said “The dance was exciting and the music was great, it was really fun and I got to hang out with my friends.”From the decor to the atmosphere, the theme provided a fun and immersive experience for all attendees. Although not many students dressed western there was still a sense of school spirit and camaraderie being shown throughout the night.
