This Fall, Palisade Softball team went against Grand Junction High School Scoring 16-1. Each player brought their unique strengths to the field. Palisade’s past games played really well. Keeping each other accountable is crucial because it helps maintain a high level of commitment and performance. As Freshman Kennedy Kostur states” We as a team played really good, I played to the best of my ability.” This not only improves individual performance, but also strengthens the overall team dynamic. It ensures that everyone is putting in their best effort and staying focused on their goals.
“My goal is to get better at catching so that way I can help my team out.” Kostur says setting goals for the team as well as the players are important because they give you direction and purpose on what you want to achieve. They help you stay focused and motivated, providing a clear path to follow. Setting a goal is great so that way you have something to work towards and make your tasks feel more meaningful and rewarding.
