The Palisade high school drama has an exciting new musical coming called “ Little Shop of horrors“. Rehearsals have been going on since auditions happened in late August. They are everyday right after school for four hours on average. The cast has been keeping at it, getting a lot of things done during rehearsals. Lots of things go into the musical such as singing, dancing, and acting. Siena Miller is a junior and has been a part of the theater program for two years .“I’m super excited. I say we are right on track and opening night is the best night. All our hard work is going to pay off.”
This cast is using their time very well and putting a lot of effort making it an awesome and entertaining show for all of us. Beau Roberts joined the musical in his Freshman year. His role is Orin Scrivello, DDS. “ We got a lot of great people going in. Rehearsals are starting to wrap up and it is going to be a great show.” Robert said. Everyone that got casted is going to make it a very fun show. Regyn Coolbaugh has been in musicals since she was a Freshman. Her role is Audrey. “Rehearsals have been a lot of fun and we are progressing well. Overall it is going to be such a fun show.” Coolbaugh said.
All the long rehearsals everyday for the past month are definitely going to show off in the play and it is going to be great. Go support them, opening night is on October 31st and the following Friday and Saturday they will be performing.
