It’s official! The movie we’ve all been waiting for; Trolls Band Together is finally out! The story was filled with adventure and music. The animation was phenomenal, with each scene filled with vibrant colors and intricate details. The character design also played a huge role in the movie’s success, making recognizable and likable characters. The music was a standout feature. It was a great mix of original songs and classic hits, making the soundtrack enjoyable for all ages. Sophomore Ashley Roten went to see the movie, “I honestly really enjoyed it, I’m surprised…Although it’s marketed towards younger audiences I genuinely believe everyone of all ages can enjoy it. You just have to give it a chance.” The humor was on point, with plenty of laughs throughout. The characters were as unique as ever, making it easy to follow along. Roten added, “My favorite part was toward the end when they all started singing together. The songs were so good, and it was a great surprise that I knew some, I liked how they added songs for basically every generation, it makes it easy and fun to sing-along.” Some might be stuck bringing their child or younger sibling to the movie, but it’s genuinely well produced and a good watch, easy for everyone to enjoy. Roten added, “Like I said, it was surprisingly good for a kids movie. And anyone could enjoy it if they just gave it a chance. For older audiences it might be intimidating at first, and they might second guess it, but I think anyone could genuinely enjoy it.” Overall, “Trolls: Band Together” was a fun-filled, musical adventure for all ages.
