Videos have been taken and rumors are spreading of ice cream trucks roaming neighborhoods at uncanny times of the night but not selling treats or ice cream like normal.
The nightmare ice cream trucks have been going around for weeks on end but it wasn’t until recently they have started getting exposed. The first time anyone heard of them was about a week ago when a woman from Virginia posted an ice cream truck at twelve o’clock at night with its lights and music on. Since then more and more people have noticed the same thing and spoken about it. Palisade Freshman Airianna Otear states, “I haven’t seen one myself yet but I saw they are starting to come to Colorado too. It makes me scared to go out at night. It’s scary.”
The trucks first began being spotted in Virginia; there have been over 50 kids missing around since these startings started. This has caused concerns for parents who are not letting their children out at night anymore since the sightings are more frequent. A woman on Tik Tok Beulah Jenkins, has come forward and told her story on how now her ex husband was one of the ice cream truck divers, she recently found out after his recent death and hopes everyone stays safe.
Civilians are now chasing after the ice cream trucks to see why they are being so suspicious .Every time someone starts to follow them the ice cream trucks stop music and lights completely. Otear says, “Ice cream trucks are supposed to be what you get happy from and excited for not having fear. If you hear their song I hope they are fake and they stop.”
Reminder to stay safe Bulldogs.
