Male Athlete of the week: Jayden Ford

Palisade Sophomore, Jayden Ford, is the male Athlete of the Week brought to you by Palisade Dino Mart. Jayden Ford plays soccer and he said “I’ve been playing soccer since I was in first grade. I’ve played for Palisade since I got here.” Last night was the last game for the boys and I asked Jayden about his performance and he said “We did pretty good the outcome was not what we expected but we went out and fought. I am extremely proud of the team.” Ford’s exceptional speed, agility, and ball control make him a formidable force on the soccer field. He has a keen eye for goal-scoring opportunities and has been instrumental in securing crucial goals for his team leading with most goals. “My favorite game has to be the steamboat game that we traveled over there and it was the best trip that we had. The other game that I would choose was beating Central in the rain.”Off the field, Ford is also a role model for his peers. He maintains good sportsmanship and displays a strong work ethic, both in training and in matches. When asked about what he liked to do outside of school he said, “I like to skateboard and play the piano.” His commitment to his team and his sport is evident in his consistent performance and dedication to improving his skills. His exceptional soccer abilities, leadership qualities, and positive attitude make him a standout player in his sport.  His outstanding performances this season have earned him Athlete of the Week. His achievements serve as a testament to his hard work and dedication. We are proud to honor Jayden Ford as our Male Athlete of the Week, and we eagerly anticipate his future accomplishments.
