Picture of Mrs. Rojas the new Spanish teacher
Every year at Palisade High School there is a new set of teachers. Today I’m talking about Mrs Rojas. I have Mrs. Rojas myself. She is a very lovely and calm teacher. She doesn’t try to speed up work or force stuff into your mind; she ensures you understand what she is saying. When you ask her for help she will sit there and say nothing and she will help you out. I then interviewed Jamyson Mancuso and asked her how she felt about Mrs. Rojas, She responded by saying ‘She is a good Spanish teacher.” “I followed by asking how well she thinks she does with the IB program. She said, “She does a really good job at helping the freshman learn new things.” Then I asked Mrs. Rojas how she felt about Palisade. She said, “I really like it and think that it’s a great community for students and teachers.” Then I asked how long she had been teaching at Palisade. She said, “I taught student teaching in the fall of 2022 then last semester I was part-time.” I asked about the IB program. She said, “ I haven’t got much into the Ib program but I have Pre-Ib students.” Mrs. Rojas is all about teaching kids new things like Spanish and making the work environment. What I’ve got from her class so far is I can almost say all the days of the week. I know most of my months. I know a lot of greetings and how to say my name in such a short period of time. She is very great at helping me learn when I’m lost and always finds a way to guide me through. We can’t wait for Mrs. Rojas to join the team.
